You Decide Where You’re Going, I Show You the Way

Our approach to online expat therapy can be summed up with a metaphor. We like to tell our clients to think of their therapist as their proverbial GPS.  You tell the therapist where you want to go and he/she/they will help you get there. Or, if you prefer old school maps, think of the therapist as riding shotgun, holding a map and telling you which exit to get off.  It’s not their job to change the destination.  They’re just there to show you the way. Or, help you “recalculate” when we miss a turn.
